Finding the right home on a tight budget is a difficult process. When it comes to detached homes in Brampton, you’ll rarely find anything under $1 million. It’s a growing city with rapid developments but considerably more affordable than Mississauga or Toronto. You can find detached houses under $1 million in neighbourhoods like Queen Street South and Gage Park. They are close to amenities, public transit, and surrounded by parks and trails.
